If you're floundering in your motivation to stay fit, it's a thinking habit, it's not a training habit.

It's the same with food...it's not a food problem, it's a thinking problem.

This is where we must always work on mindset. It is a muscle like any other muscle, and, like biceps or triceps, it needs to be trained on a continual basis.

This is where 98% of people fall away. And this is where personal training and coaching is so helpful to the success of the client. It’s a 'cognitive restructuring' a whole different way of thinking.

So if you feel unmotivated, or you often fall away into old habits, maybe it’s time to recalibrate and put your Goals and Beliefs on the same line. Take Ownership of your health.

It’s so very possible. Decide to stop circling the drain. It's time to stop getting ready to get ready, and it's time to move onward with a plan that works....for a lifetime.
