1. Learn to be okay with yourself, it doesn’t matter if everyone understands. You do You.
2. Do things because you want to do them, not because you want to please others.
3. Let go of the need to manage other people.

6. Look inward for guidance and validation, not from outside sources or other people.
7. Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase. Little steps make big changes in the long run. Repeated, these steps will get you to your goals.
8. Workout to add days to your Life, and Life to your days. Feeling Strong and Energized is the Powerful.
9. Surround yourself with other positive, empowering and supportive people. It makes such a difference mentally and spiritually.
10. Walk yourself out of any mood. Studies show that even a 10-minute walk immediately Boosts brain chemistry to increase happiness and overall well being.
11. Get Outside Everyday, the benefits are too many to list.
12. Express Gratitude Everyday.
13. Forgive yourself for past mistakes and move on.
14. Smile for no reason.
15. Loan someone your strength instead of reminding them of their weakness, that’s Kindness.
16. Embrace the challenge with a positive mental picture. You can do it, envision it.
17. Remember if you are so busy Loving Your Life, you will have no time for regret, worry, fret or fear.

19. If you want something you’ve never had, then you’ve got to do something you’ve Never Done. Step into it.
20. Remember this always. You have survived everything you have gone through up to this point. The best days are still yet to come. There are still people you haven’t met, and things you haven’t experienced. Go get after it.
