INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats
Dash of Himalayan Salt
2 1/2 cups Filtered Water
1/3 cup Oat Bran
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 Blueberries/Strawberries/Cherries (frozen or fresh)
DIRECTIONS
In the evening combine first 5 ingredients over the stove, heat until it boils. Remove and cover for the night.
In the morning add fresh berries a dollop of plain Greek Yogurt or Yogurt Alternative and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
