Our actions tell the real story.
What we do during the day reflects what we value.
What we do during the day reflects what we value. For example, you might say that you put your health and wellness at the top of the list, but if you continue to feed your body foods with no nutrient value, and you don't exercise regularly your actions aren’t really matching your values. If you are trying yet another trendy diet to lose the weight (instead of investing in a lifestyle change),your actions don't match your values either. Consider looking a little deeper.
To be ‘healthy’ is more than simply free of disease. It requires action, each and every day. It requires a Commitment to nourishing our body with good quality food, moving everyday, and of course, tending to the mindset.
Lean healthy vibrant people aren't simply lucky. Those of us who have a good relationship with food, who train regularly, and who maintain a steady, calm demeanor aren't lucky.
We Learned this, and we made it Important.
BAM!🔥 It's that simple.
I want to move well, with the ability to shovel snow, ski, hike, bike and do a handstand in my 90's. I want to have a strong heart and breathe easily chasing after my grandkids. I want to keep the muscle on my body because it supports everything I need to do. It makes me feel strong, capable, and I like how that looks and feels.
I plan to continue to feel strong at any age, and remain as free from medications as possible for as long as possible. That’s Health & Wellness to me.
As we age our bodies and cells need even MORE attention, it’s simply a choice.
It’s never too late to start. Consider what you really value.
