INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup raw almonds OR 1/3 c pecans/walnuts
2 cups Iced Coffee
1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey or Vegan)
1/2 frozen banana (peel and freeze in chunks when ripe).
1/2 cup milk alternative (almond/oat/soy…)
DIRECTIONS
Blend the nuts first, then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
For extra nutritional boost add in 1 Tsp Powdered Greens
