Maybe you fell back into some old habits. Schedules get turned upside down, Family, and the unpredictable stress of our current world…it can be overwhelming. Before you beat yourself up about it, stop for a second and Breathe.
Change doesn’t happen over night, cut yourself some slack. Have some patience and empathy for yourself. 💖
And more importantly, look back on how you did in comparison to previous years. Was there improvement? Little steps, small changes. A healthy lifestyle where we are in alignment with our natural rhythms and have healthy self-talk comes with practice and patience.
Be proud of the improvements you HAVE made.
It took me years to learn to respect and listen to my body, it didn’t happen overnight.
