Take a moment, anywhere, at your desk, in your car, wherever you can find a quiet place for just a few minutes. At home? I get it, I am a Mom too, if you need to slip into the bathroom for a few minutes of peace go right ahead, I’ve been there….my kids are older now, but I soooo remember those years.
Here we go, BREATHE IN for 4-5 counts, slight pause, then slowly out for 4-5 counts. SIMPLE right?
Repeat for 10 cycles.
